Unsecured Debt Relief Programs

Unsecured debt relief refers to debt that is not secured by collateral, such as a mortgage or car loan. Eligible debts for our program include major credit cards, department store cards, gas cads, also medical bills, personal loans and balances after repossessions. To qualify for Achieve Security’s program, you must have at least $10,000 of unsecured debt, but sometimes take lesser balanced depending on the individual circumstance.

Cars and home loans don’t qualify for our debt relief programs because the lender will just repossess the collateral. For these reasons, we can’t negotiate a mortgage or car loan as part of our unsecured debt relief program. To learn more about the specific debts that can be included in our program, contact us for a free consultation. One of our professional counselors will evaluate your individual circumstances, answer your questions and recommend options best suited to your situation.

Using information gathered during your initial consultation regarding debt, income and ability to save, our debt relief experts will personalize a savings plan to meet your specific needs. the specifics of your program and length of time it will take to complete depend on the amount of your debt, ability to save for repayment and your level of financial discipline.

One factor that makes our unsecured debt relief service different from other companies is that we don’t wait to negotiate with your creditors. Most companies wait until you have saved funds to make payments on settlements. We understand that earlier contact brings better results for our clients. We will work with you to find a solution to get you through your financial hardship in the shortest amount of time possible.
